When you bring your own support worker we hire them as an independent contractor (similar to platforms like Mable), in exchange for a small percentage of their hourly rate. The support worker will also have to pass our eligibility criteria, please contact us for more information.

This service is great for participants who would like to learn and experience what it's like to live independently, including making healthy eating choices and managing their daily routines. ​ To receive this service you must be able to demonstrate at least one of the following: - It will help you achieve your goals. - It will help you participate in the community. - It will help you increase your independence. - It will help you do more activities. - It will give your primary caretakers a break.
