Welcome to JM Support Work!

 

We are James and Jordan, brothers who have started JM Support Work with the goal of making a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. We understand that living with a disability can be challenging, and we want to be there to help make things a little bit easier.

 

We offer individualised support for all participants. We believe that every individual is unique and requires a personalised approach to support. Our supports are tailored to the specific needs of each person, taking into account their abilities, interests, and goals.

 

We offer a wide range of services which can be found on our Services Page, including but not limited to:

• assistance with daily living activities

• career planning and assistance

• transitioning support for young adults transitioning from school to adulthood

• recreational activities and community engagement opportunities
