Cancellation Policy

A short-notice cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled service. JM Support Work may charge a cancellation fee up to 100% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment and will pay the support worker for the full shift.

 

For other cancellations, where the Client has provided notice of cancellation prior to 24 hours before the scheduled service, JM Support Work will not charge a cancellation fee.

Where JM Support Work has cancelled a service and cannot offer you an alternative, you will not be charged.

 

NDIS price guides may change the requirements for cancellation during the period of the Service Agreement. If this applies, please contact JM Support Work for details.
